There really is a Kanye West sextape floating around, the screenshot that was posted last week of it is real and now his lawyer has just released a statement and claims that the tape was stolen from the rapper’s computer. Here is the full statment that will be followed by more details we have of the tape.
“Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West’s computer, Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West’s rights of privacy and publicity, we hereby demand that you: (1) immediately cease and desist from posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and disseminating the illegally obtained Screen Shot of Mr. West,”
Here is the screenshot she is speaking of that was posted by RadarOnline. It seems Kanye West’s lawyer is in trying everything she can to find out who is behind shopping the sex tape around. Reportedly the owner of Vivid.com wants to buy the tape (same buyer as Kims tape) and also Sex.com has already reportedly offered $1 million to the anonymous seller.
