It’s official, starting today Cruel Summer will begin getting promotion for a September 18th release. The album, which was initially scheduled for a September 4th release, has been listed on Def Jam’s website as the 18th for a minute but there was still some speculation/optimism for a September 4th release.
With that said we can probably expect the tracklist this week, or next. Malik has already confirmed the album has been sent off to Def Jam, the VMA’s are next week, promo has already begun (above), and lastly DJ Semtex tweeted that the Cruel Sumemer tracklist was “hot”.
As soon as we get our hands on that tracklist, you guys will have it. Stay tuned!
