Much to our surprise, Kanye West is apparently considering an offer American Idol (of what sources are telling us close to 18 million which would be the same as Mariah Carey’s offer) that would land him as the second signed judge for the upcoming season of Idol, AI is also rumored to be chasing Nicki Minaj, Keith Urban, Brad Paisley and Enrique Iglesias.
According to sources “He’s on the fence because he’s not sure if ‘A.I.’ is in his wheelhouse”
I HIGHLY doubt Kanye would ever accept a gig on a big TV network, we all know he doesn’t do press and would rather stay out of the spotlight day to day and keep his enigmatic ways untouched.

For me its kinda like Yes and No, let me explain. Yes, Kanye West has a great resume in music (hits, grammy’s), I don’t know if he’s the right guy to judge a singer witch is manly what he’ll be seeing all day, but he knows music as a whole. Kanye has an advantage as far as Sound due to all those years as a producer and had great examples along the way for ex (Jay z), he has a great mind set for judgeing Talent. No, Kanye West might not be the right guy to ask “can i sing?” Kanye has said in many interviews “i cant sing” and last time i checked A.I was a singing competition. Now because Kanye is a Producer/Rapper/Designer just expect a giant wave of Rappers and Soul Singers (similar to John Legend) to audition im mean…its Kanye West, but at the same time can a rapper really survive in the next rounds?..No. But if Kanye wants a easy pay check “go for it” i rap, i might just audition so you never know. i think people need realness like they need jesus & like mice need cheeses. if he decides to take the barrage of bullshit in order to show even just a few people with their eyes open that you can be human, tell the truth and be a powerful musician at the same time, (that could change the world).
